Exercise of Warrants and Total Voting Rights ("TVR")
Mobile Streams plc, the AIM quoted mobile content and data intelligence company, is pleased to announce the exercise of warrants by investors.
A total of 70,000,000 warrants have been exercised at 0.039p per share, resulting in proceeds received of £27,300.
Application will be made to the London Stock Exchange for admission of the 70,000,000 Ordinary Shares resulting from the issue of these warrants on resumption of trading on AIM in due course, either in conjunction with the completion of the RTO as announced on 31 March 2025 or otherwise.
Total Voting Rights
Following the issue of the Ordinary Shares as described above, the Company's issued share capital consists of 10,739,259,735 ordinary shares with a nominal value of 0.01p each, with voting rights. The Company does not hold any Ordinary Shares in Treasury.
Therefore, the above figure may be used by shareholders in the Company as the denominator for the calculation by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the share capital of the Company under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
