Mobile Streams Plc, the Company, is delighted to announce that it has agreed to form a strategic partnership with ChallengerX Plc ("CXS"), an AQSE traded company focused on B2B products and services within the betting and gaming industries where MOS will look to work closely with CXS on a number of key areas within the betting and gaming industry. The Company has also made a small investment of £25,000 into CXS through a subscription in its recent fundraising thereby acquiring an 0.86% interest in the company.

CXS (Investors - ChallengerX) is an executive sales advisory and technology firm that specialises in accelerating growth for products and services and will be assisting MOS on its projects such as its investment in 'Bet' in Mexico and mobilegaming.com. They have a particular focus on emerging markets and have an operationally experienced management team that covers game studios and content, sports data as well as key areas of risk management, affiliates, licensing, KYC, payments and security and compliance software. We see these as key areas for MOS as our platforms and associate companies grow quickly and seamlessly this year and beyond. They are especially relevant for the upcoming launch of 'Bet' to the retail audience.
