Exercise of Options

London - (AIM: MOS) - 23 December 2010. The Board of Mobile Streams plc (the "Company") announces that 10,000 ordinary shares of £0.002 each in the Company have been issued and allotted as a result of the exercise of options in the Company's share option plan. Application has been made to the London Stock Exchange for the new ordinary shares to be admitted to AIM and it is expected that admission will take place on 31 December 2010. The new ordinary shares will rank pari passu with the existing shares of the Company. Following the allotment the total issued share capital of the Company has increased to 36,307,692 ordinary shares.
