Mobile Streams appoints Chief Operating Officer

London, UK - 12 November 2009 - Mobile Streams, the global mobile content retailer, announces  today that it has appointed Arnd Aschentrup to the newly created position of Chief Operating Officer.

In his new role as COO, Arnd will be responsible for managing all aspects of Mobile Streams'  content activities globally including licensing, preparation, distribution and reporting.  Arnd will also take charge of a number of important corporate functions including those of human resources and legal services, as well as responsibility for the European commercial region.

Arnd joined Mobile Streams in 2006 when it acquired a company that he co-founded, Cyoshi Mobile. Prior to that, Arnd co-founded Cyoshi Crucial, a TV and new media production company. He also worked as a business consultant with McKinsey & Co and holds a diploma in Media Management as well as being a scholar of the German National Merit Foundation.
