Mobile Streams appoints new Chief Financial Officer

London, UK - 29 September 2009 - Mobile Streams Plc ('Mobile Streams' or 'the Company') announces today the appointment of Ian Brewer as Chief Financial Officer, Executive Director and Company Secretary, with effect from 1 October 2009.

Ian has previously held several senior finance positions including Finance Director at former AIM-listed B2B telecoms service provider, Symphony Telecom Holdings plc and Group Financial Controller and Company Secretary of AIM-listed provider of host recognition services, Eckoh plc. Most recently he was a consultant to the Boards of Hospedia Group Limited (formerly Patientline plc) and Premier Telesolutions Limited. Ian started his career as an Audit Manager at Deloitte and is a qualified Chartered Accountant. 

Roger Parry, Chairman, said: "Ian has a very impressive career having held several senior finance positions in the TMT sector. Since joining Mobile Streams in July 2009 he has been able to shadow our outgoing Finance Director James Colquhoun for three months, ensuring a smooth transition for the Company."

The Company also announces that non-executive director, Ivan Donn, will step down from the Board after 9 years with effect from 30 September. Ivan commented: "I have thoroughly enjoyed being part of the success story of Mobile Streams and wish it well as it meets the challenges and opportunities of the rapidly changing mobile content market".

In accordance with Schedule 2(g) and rule 17 of the AIM Rules for Companies, the following information is disclosed in relation to the appointment of Mr Brewer:

Ian David Brewer, aged 43, is currently a director of BrewFin Services Limited and in the last five years has served on the Board of Directors of Symphony Telecom Holdings plc, Symphony Telecom Limited and Anglia Telecom Centres Limited. 

There is no other information regarding Mr. Brewer that is required to be disclosed pursuant to Schedule 2 paragraph (g) of the AIM Rules.
