Aberdeen Grwth Opp VCT2 PLC05 December 2006 ABERDEEN GROWTH OPPORTUNITIES VCT 2 PLC Declaration of a dividend The Directors of Aberdeen Growth Opportunities VCT 2 PLC are pleased to announcethat, following the profitable sales of investments in Styles & Wood, BondAviation and Vibration Technology, a second interim dividend of 3.5p perOrdinary Share will be paid on 19 January 2007 to those holders of OrdinaryShares of 10p each in the capital of the Company who are on the register ofmembers of the Company as at 15 December 2006. A first interim dividend of 2.0p was paid on 30 October 2006 and the payment ofthe second interim dividend will bring the total gains distributed to Ordinaryshareholders to 5.5p per share.
