Maven Income and Growth VCT 4 PLC
Offer for Subscription of Ordinary Shares
The Directors of Maven Income and Growth VCT 4 PLC are pleased to announce that the Maven Income and Growth VCT 4 Offer for Subscription to raise £1.25 million, which opened on 7 December 2011, is fully subscribed and is now closed.
On 1 March 2012 the Company issued and allotted 482,424 Ordinary shares of 10 pence and 268,769 S Ordinary shares pursuant to the Offer. As a result, the number of Ordinary shares in issue is now 8,869,013 and the number of S Ordinary shares in issue is now 5,129,778. The aggregate number of shares in issue and the number of voting rights in the Company is therefore 13,998,791. The Offer Prices at which the shares were issued and allotted were 102.12p per Ordinary share and 107.41p per S Ordinary share.
The number of shares that could be allotted was restricted as a result of the operation of the Prospectus Rules and the remainder of the shares available under the Offer will be allotted on 5 April 2012 for the 2011/2012 tax year and 18 April 2012 for the 2012/2013 tax year.
