PDMR Shareholding
The Company announces that it has been notified that, on 30 March 2018, David Rowe, Chairman, purchased 250,000 ordinary shares of 1 pence each in the capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 3.85 pence per Ordinary Share. Following this transaction David Rowe's total shareholding in the capital of the Company is 12,080,429 Ordinary Shares, representing 6.82 per cent. of the total voting share capital.
