7 July 2011 Parallel Media Group Plc ("The Company") Director/PDMR shareholding
The Company was informed today that Ranjit Murugason, a director of the Company, had acquired 20,000 shares in the Company at 22p per share on 6 July 2011.
Following this acquisition, Mr Murugason is interested in 826,725 shares, representing 5.35% of the current issued share capital of the Company.
