Live Company Group (AIM: LVCG) announces that it was notified on 6 January 2020 by Mr Clive Nørgaard Morton that following the issue of shares by the Company pursuant to the deferred consideration and issue of fee shares announced on 25 November 2019 and the Riverfort facility announced on 5 December 2019, in addition to Mr Morton selling shares during the period of 15 January to 25 September 2019, following which he was interested in 3,525,000 ordinary shares of 1 pence each in the Company, representing approximately 4.43 per cent of the Company's current issued share capital.
