BRICKLIVE Shows and BRICKLIVE Tours Update

Live Company Group plc (AIM: LVCG) is pleased to provide the following operational update.

Toulouse Evènements SA, France

The Company is pleased to announce that its wholly owned subsidiary, Brick Live International Limited has entered into an agreement ("the Agreement") with Toulouse Evènements SA ("Toulouse Evènements"), a major events company, registered in France, with event venues in Toulouse, France.

Toulouse Evènements is a wholly owned subsidiary of GL Events, one of the leading international providers of integrated event services and solutions with over 40 years' experience and a network of 50 venues in France, Europe, South America, Asia and South Africa.

Under the terms of the Agreement, Toulouse Evènements will stage and promote a BRICKLIVE show, featuring BRICKLIVE Animal Paradise and BRICKLIVE Ocean, at the Parcs Des Expositions, Toulouse, which GL Events have already begun to promote and tickets are now on sale. BRICKLIVE International will provide the content, GL Events will provide the venue with both parties sharing in the economics of the show, after costs, on an equal basis. This BRICKLIVE Show will be held between the 19 and 27 October 2019 and will be the Group's first show in France.

BRICKLIVE Show, Bangkok, Thailand

The Company is pleased to announce that its wholly owned subsidiary, Brick Live Hong Kong Limited and our partner, BEC-Tero Entertainment Public Company Limited ("BEC-Tero"), will stage a BRICKLIVE Show at True Icon Hall, Iconsiam, Bangkok, Thailand, from 14 to 17 November 2019. BEC-Tero ran the BRICKLIVE ASEAN Tour in Jakarta, Indonesia, in June 2018 and our first BRICKLIVE show in Thailand in July 2018, and the Group is excited to be returning to Bangkok in 2019 and exhibit BRICKLIVE Force and interactive content. BEC-Tero is the Company's partner in Thailand and will operate and manage BRICKLIVE shows and events in Thailand up to the end of 2022.

BRICKLIVE, Paw Patrol, Luton, UK

The Company is pleased to announce the Paw Patrol BRICKLIVE tour will be exhibited in the Mall, Luton from 19 to 28 October 2019.

BRICKLIVE The Snowman™ and The Snowdog BRICKLIVE Tour, Banham Zoo, UK

Following the announcement on 3 September 2019 regarding our agreement with Snowman Enterprises Limited, the Group is delighted to announce that the first The SnowmanTM and The Snowdog tour will be exhibited at Banham Zoo, UK from 29 November 2019 to 5 January 2020.

David Ciclitira, Chairman of Live Company Group, said: "We are delighted to be launching our first BRICKLIVE Show in Toulouse, France with GL Events, one of the largest exhibitors and venue operators in France and launching our second BRICKLIVE Show in Bangkok, Thailand, in November 2019. We continue to see stong demand for our tours, with the total number of BRICKLIVE events and shows planned in 2019 now being 65, with more expected."
