LIVE COMPANY GROUP AGREEMENT TO PRODUCE THEMED THE SNOWMAN™ AND THE SNOWDOG TOUR
Live Company Group plc (AIM: LVCG, "the Company") is pleased to announce that its wholly owned subsidiary, Brick Live International Limited ("BLI"), has entered into an agreement with Snowman Enterprises Limited ("SEL") to produce a themed tour of The Snowman and The Snowdog.
This themed tour is inspired by the animated film The Snowman and The Snowdog, first broadcast in 2012, the sequel to much loved The Snowman film, based upon the original book "The Snowman" by Raymond Briggs, originally published in 1978.
SEL, which is wholly owned by Penguin Books Limited, part of the Penguin Random House group of companies, is managed by Penguin Ventures (part of Penguin Random House UK). Penguin Ventures manages a portfolio of licensed literary brands and characters together, with an archive of original art.
Under the terms of the Agreement, SEL has granted BLI rights to produce and exhibit The Snowman and The Snowdog themed BRICKLIVE tour in the UK, the Channel Islands, the Isle of Man and the Republic of Ireland. The Agreement is for a initial period through to 1 January 2022 and BLI will pay SEL a royalty fee based on the revenues generated from the themed tour.
