James Latham plc announces that the Trustees of the Company's SIPS scheme allocated 4,934 ordinary 25p shares in the Company on 22 January 2010 at 164p per share to the following directors

James Latham plc also announces that the Remuneration Committee has decided to award 6,542 shares to David Dunmow and 5,256 to Chris Sutton under the James Latham Deferred Bonus Plan 2009. These shares will be held in the James Latham Employee Benefits Trust until 22 January 2013 when they will be transferred, should the members of the Plan remain in employment with James Latham plc. No voting rights are attached to these shares, but dividends will be reinvested into additional shares under this Plan.
