Directors' Shareholdings
James Latham announces that on 8 February 2016 it transferred 200,000 of its Treasury Shares into the James Latham plc Employee Benefits Scheme in order to satisfy the requirements of the Save As You Earn share option scheme maturing on 1 March 2016.
Following this transfer, the total number of voting rights is 19,640,800. This figure may be used by shareholders in the Company as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the share capital of the Company under the Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
James Latham also announces that, on 5 February 2016, the Trustees of the Company's SIPS scheme allocated 706 ordinary 25p shares in the Company at 680p per share to certain directors of the Company as detailed in the table below.
