Issue of Shares & PDMR Dealings
The Company announces that on 8 January 2026, the Trustees of the Company's CSOP scheme issued 486 ordinary shares of 25 pence each in the Company ("CSOP shares") to Andrew Wright at a price of 925p per ordinary share.
Mr Wright's resultant shareholding is 31,690 ordinary shares representing 0.16% of the total voting rights in the Company.
