Landore Resources Limited22 November 2005 LANDORE RESOURCES LIMITED ("Landore") Exercise of Warrants Landore is pleased to announce that £776,298 (before and after expenses) hasbeen raised following the exercise of 7,122,000 warrants at 10.9p per share,representing approximately 71% of the warrants available for exercise. Thebalance of the outstanding warrants have now lapsed. Application has been made for admission of 7,122,000 ordinary shares of 1p eachto trading on the Alternative Investment Market of the London Stock Exchange plcand it is expected that dealings in the new ordinary shares will commence at8.00 a.m. on 23 November 2005. Mr. William Humphries, Chairman, subscribed for 1,000,000 warrants which hastherefore increased his shareholding to 8,792,064 ordinary shares representing9.45% of the enlarged issued ordinary share capital. Mr. Richard Prickett, Chief Executive commented that"We are very pleased with the support shown by major shareholders. These extrafunds increase the Company's bank balances to approximately £2.25 million andwill enable Landore to significantly expand the drilling programme on its NickelProject at Junior Lake, Ontario. Further drilling results from the Junior LakeProject are expected in December 2005."
