Interim Dividend

The directors of Livermore are pleased to declare an interim cash dividend of US$0.0423 (4.23 cents) per share ("Interim Dividend"), which is expected to be paid on 4 July 2025 to members on the register on 6 June 2025. The ex-dividend date will be 5 June 2025.

The default Interim Dividend payment currency is US Dollars. Shareholders may elect to receive the dividend in Pounds. The deadline for currency elections for shareholders wishing to receive Interim Dividend in Pounds sterling is 13 June 2025. The exchange rate for determining the dividend amount in Pounds sterling will be confirmed by way of an announcement by the Company in advance of the Pay Date.

The Board has decided to pay this dividend based on the Group's profitability, liquidity requirements, portfolio performance and market conditions. The Group continues to trade in line with management expectation.
