Empire Online Limited20 July 2006 Share options Empire Online Limited ("Empire Online" or "the Company") Empire Online announces that the Remuneration Committee has awarded options tocertain employees, directors and consultants of the Company to acquire ordinaryshares in Empire Online, representing approximately 3.75 per cent. of the issuedshare capital of the Company. The awards, which are conditional in the case of certain awards, have been madepursuant to two new share option schemes (the Empire Online LimitedDiscretionary Employee Share Option Plan 2006 and the Empire Online LimitedDiscretionary Consultant Share Option Plan 2006) which were adopted by theCompany on 19 July 2006 for the benefit of employees and directors of andconsultants to the Company.
