("Livermore" or the "Group")

Interim Dividend

The directors of Livermore are pleased to declare an interim cash dividend of US$0.03 per share to members on the register on 1 December 2023. The Pay Date is expected to be 29 December 2023.

Shareholders may elect to receive the dividend in Pounds. The exchange rate for determining the dividend amount in Pounds sterling will be confirmed by way of an announcement by the Company in advance of the Pay Date.

The Board has decided to pay this dividend based on the Group's profitability, liquidity requirements, portfolio performance and market conditions. The Group continues to trade in line with management expectation.
