Empire Online Limited08 November 2006 8 November 2006 EMPIRE ONLINE LIMITED Director's Sharedealings Empire Online Limited ("Empire Online" or "the Company") has been notified todaythat Noam Lanir, Chief Executive Officer of the Company, yesterday acquired 30million ordinary shares in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 41p pershare. Following this acquisition Noam Lanir is interested in 95,616,837 OrdinaryShares, representing approximately 32.6 per cent of the issued share capital ofthe Company. Mr Lanir is interested in these shares by virtue of the fact thathe owns directly or indirectly all of the issued share capital of GrovertonManagement Limited, which has made the acquisition of Ordinary Shares. The Company has also been notified today that Awen International Corp. ("Awen")yesterday sold 30 million Ordinary Shares. Following this disposal, Awen isinterested in 30,331,204 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 10.3 percent. of the issued share capital of the Company.
