ICG-Longbow Senior Secured UK Property Debt Investments Limited (LBOW)
Advancement of Loan
The Company has completed its second transaction with a £14.2m loan to LM Real Estate Limited and LM Real Estate 2 Limited. The five and a half year facility is secured by a first, and only, charge on a multi-let portfolio of five industrial and distribution warehouse properties in the North West of England. This increases the total investments made to date to £32.27 million which represents 31.52% of available capital. A further £5.8m has been committed and may be made available under the above facility to finance additional properties, subject to meeting certain conditions. The loan is fully compliant with the parameters set out in the Prospectus.
