KRM22 plc, (AIM: KRM) the technology and software investment company that focuses on risk management for capital markets, announces that on 19 April 2022, Steve Sparke, Non-Executive Director of the Company, sold 83,333 ordinary shares of 10p each in the capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 46.00 pence per Ordinary Share. On the same day, Steve Sparke purchased the 83,333 Ordinary Shares through his SIPP, at a price of 46.04 pence per Ordinary Share.
Following the above transactions, Steve Sparke's beneficial interest in the share capital of the Company remains unchanged at 273,236, representing 0.77% of the Company's issued share capital.
