The Company has been notified that on 13 January 2020, Keith Todd, Executive Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of the Company, acquired 19,723 Ordinary Shares at a price of 50.7 pence per share. Following this transaction, Keith Todd will have a beneficial interest in 2,366,775 Ordinary Shares representing 11.27 per cent. of the entire issued share capital of the Company.
