KRM22 plc, (AIM: KRM) the technology and software investment company that focuses on risk management for capital markets, announces that on 5 June 2025, Sandy Broderick, Non-Executive Director of the Company, purchased 22,974 ordinary shares (the "Purchase") of 10 pence each in the capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares").
Following this transaction, Sandy Broderick will have a beneficial interest in 34,739 Ordinary Shares representing 0.1 per cent. of the issued share capital of the Company.
