Director/PDMR Shareholding
The Company has been notified that Stephen Casner, Chief Executive Officer USA and Executive Director of the Company, on 15 April 2019, acquired 1,000 Ordinary Shares at a price of 86 pence per share. Following this transaction, Mr Casner has an interest in 513,143 Ordinary Shares representing 2.81 per cent. of the entire issued share capital of the Company.
As announced on 3 April 2019, 129,412 Placing Shares in the Fundraising have been conditionally placed with finnCap, and admission of these shares is subject to and conditional on an order being placed in the market by Fidelity Investments on behalf of Mr Casner, to purchase the 129,412 Ordinary Shares at the Issue Price from finnCap. The above mentioned order is still pending execution and finalisation of delivery mechanics. A further announcement will be made when appropriate.
Capitalised terms not otherwise defined in this announcement shall have the same meaning ascribed to such terms in the Company's announcement on 3 April 2019 regarding the Fundraising, unless the context requires otherwise.
