Subscription
KRM22 plc, (AIM: KRM) the technology and software investment company that focuses on risk management for capital markets, announces further to its announcement of 1 May 2019, Keith Todd, Executive Chairman and CEO of the Company, has subscribed for 235,295 new ordinary shares of 10 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 85 pence (the "Subscription").
Following the Subscription, Mr Todd has a beneficial holding of 2,010,591 Ordinary Shares, representing 10.5 per cent. of the issued share capital of the Company following Admission.
Admission of the 235,295 new Ordinary Shares is expected to become effective on 11 June 2019 ("Admission"). Following Admission, KRM22 will have 19,102,264 Ordinary Shares in issue. All Ordinary Shares have equal voting rights and none of the Ordinary Shares are held in treasury. The total number of voting rights in the Company immediately following Admission will therefore be 19,102,264.
