Director declaration - correction

Kingspan Group plc announces that it was notified yesterday in accordance with section 53 of the Companies Act 1990 that Mr. Gilbert McCarthy is interested in 167,129 Ordinary Shares of €0.13 each in the capital of Kingspan (rather than 142,129 Ordinary Shares as previously notified). The additional interest in 25,000 Ordinary Shares, not previously notified through inadvertent error, was held by Mr. McCarthy at the time of his appointment as a director on 1 September 2011.
