Notification of Transactions of Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibility ('PDMRs')
25 July 2022: Kingfisher plc (the 'Company') today announces the following share transaction made by Pascal Gil, CEO Castorama Poland (a PDMR) which occurred on 21 July 2022. The Company received notification of the above dealings on 21 July 2022.
Pascal's conditional share award of 354 matching shares granted under the 'Kingfisher 1+1 Sharing in Our Future Plan' vested. 160 shares were sold to cover the tax liability and the remaining 194 shares were retained.
The PDMR notification below, made in accordance with the requirements of the UK Market Abuse Regulation, provides further detail of the notifiable transaction.
