K3 BUSINESS TECHNOLOGY GROUP PLC ("K3" or the "Company")
DIRECTOR/PDMR NOTIFICATION OF INTERESTS
K3, the IT solutions provider to retail and manufacturers, announces the grant of the following options to subscribe for ordinary shares in the capital of the Company ("Shares") to the Directors named below. The options were granted under the Company's Executive Share Option Scheme on 3 September 2009:

The options are exercisable between the third and tenth anniversary of the date of grant at an exercise price of 85 pence per Share, subject to the achievement of performance conditions.
