Director's Other Appointments
In accordance with Listing Rule 9.6.14(2), JTC notes that Dr. Erika Schraner, an Independent Non-Executive Director and Chair of the Nomination Committee, and member of the Audit and Risk and Remuneration Committees, will be appointed as a director of HgCapital Trust plc ("HGT") with effect from 1 August 2022.
On appointment to HGT's board, Erika will join the Audit, Valuation & Risk and Nomination Committees, and will chair the Management Engagement Committee.
JTC has also been notified that Erika will be resigning from her position as a Non-Executive Director and Chair of the Audit Committee of Aferian plc with effect from 29 July 2022.
There have been no other changes to the information set out in LR 9.6.13R (2) to LR 9.6.13R (6).
