Bear Stearns Private Equity Limited15 October 2007 Bear Stearns Private Equity Limited15 October 2007 BEAR STEARNS PRIVATE EQUITY LIMITED (the "Company") In accordance with rule 9.6.11 and 9.6.13 of the Listing Rules of the UK ListingAuthority, it was resolved at the Board meeting of the Company held on 12October 2007 that the following changes be made to the Company's Board ofDirectors, effective 12 October 2007: That Mr Troy Duncan be appointed as an executive director of the Company andthat the resignation of Mr Paul Sanabria be accepted; In the past five years Mr Duncan has not been a director of any publicly quotedcompanies: Mr Duncan does not have any unspent convictions; is not the subject of anybankruptcies or individual voluntary arrangements; has not been a director ofany company which in the previous 12 months has been involved in anyreceiverships, compulsory liquidations, creditors voluntary liquidations,administrations, company voluntary arrangements or any composition orarrangement with its creditors generally or any class of its creditors; has notbeen a partner of any partnership which in the previous 12 months has beeninvolved in any compulsory liquidations, administrations, receiverships orpartnership voluntary arrangements; and has not been the subject of any publiccriticisms by any statutory or regulatory authorities (including designatedprofessional bodies) and has not been disqualified by a court from acting as adirector of a company or from acting in the management or conduct of the affairsof any company.
