Cancellation of Share Premium - Court approved
The Company confirms that at the final hearing in relation to the Capital Reduction on 29 June 2021, the relevant court order was granted. The Capital Reduction will be effective the day following registration of the Court order with the Registrar of Companies. The Company will provide a further update to the market when the order has been registered.
