Exercise of Options and Director's Interest

The Company announces that on 11 May 2015, options were exercised over 76,500 Ordinary Shares by Mr Andrew Grant, a director of the Company, of which 47,250 were issued from Treasury. Accordingly, application for admission to AIM has been made for 29,250 new ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company. The new Ordinary Shares rank pari passu with the Company's existing issued Ordinary Shares, and dealings are expected to commence on or around 18 May 2015.

Following the exercise of options, Mr Andrew Grant's total interest in the Company (comprising the holdings of Sion Securities Limited, a company in which Mr Andrew Grant has a controlling interest, Mr Andrew Grant's SIPP and Mr Andrew Grant's spouse) is 5,838,650 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 52.4% of the Company's voting rights.

In addition, 47,250 ordinary shares will move out of Treasury on 18 May 2015. The total number of ordinary shares held by Jarvis in Treasury will then be nil.

Following Admission, the Company's enlarged issued share capital will comprise 11,150,250 Ordinary Shares. This is the figure which may be used by shareholders in the Company as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change in their interest in, the share capital of the Company under the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
