Progress on Just Eat Takeaway.com share buyback programme

Just Eat Takeaway.com N.V. (LSE: JET, AMS: TKWY), hereinafter the "Company", or together with its group companies "Just Eat Takeaway.com", one of the world's largest online food delivery marketplaces, hereby reports the transaction details related to its €150 million share buyback programme announced on 19 April 2023.
During the week of 28 August 2023 up to and including 1 September 2023 a total of 587,757 shares were repurchased at an average price of €12.6335 on Euronext Amsterdam. Following the settlement of the above transactions, the Company will hold 9,885,349 shares in treasury.
Up to and including 1 September 2023, the total consideration for shares repurchased amounts to €138,786,154.
The Company publishes on a weekly basis every Monday, an overview of the progress of the share buyback programme on its website: https://www.justeattakeaway.com/share-buyback-programmes. This overview contains detailed information on the daily amount of repurchased shares and individual share purchase transactions.
