Progress on Just Eat Takeaway.com share buyback programme

Just Eat Takeaway.com N.V. (LSE: JET, AMS: TKWY), hereinafter the "Company", or together with its group companies "Just Eat Takeaway.com", one of the world's largest online food delivery marketplaces, hereby reports the transaction details related to its ?150 million share buyback programme announced on 18 October 2023.
During the week of 6 November 2023 up to and including 10 November 2023 a total of 236,598 shares were repurchased at an average price of ?12.7723 on Euronext Amsterdam. Following the settlement of the above transactions, the Company will hold 12,290,901 shares in treasury.
Up to and including 10 November 2023, the total consideration for shares repurchased under this share buyback programme amounts to ?17,122,155

This overview contains detailed information on the daily amount of repurchased shares and individual share purchase transactions.
