Progress on Just Eat Takeaway.com share buyback programme

Just Eat Takeaway.com N.V. (LSE: JET, AMS: TKWY), hereinafter the "Company", or together with its group companies "Just Eat Takeaway.com", one of the world's largest online food delivery marketplaces, hereby reports the transaction details related to its ?150 million share buyback programme announced on 18 October 2023.
During the week of 25 December 2023 up to and including 29 December 2023 a total of 141,341 shares were repurchased at an average price of ?14.0209 on Euronext Amsterdam. Following the settlement of the above transactions, the Company will hold 13,758,620 shares in treasury.
Up to and including 29 December 2023, the total consideration for shares repurchased under this share buyback programme amounts to ?42,054,607.

This overview contains detailed information on the daily amount of repurchased shares and individual share purchase transactions.
