Progress on Just Eat Takeaway.com share buyback programme

Just Eat Takeaway.com N.V. (LSE: JET, AMS: TKWY), hereinafter the "Company", or together with its group companies "Just Eat Takeaway.com", one of the world's largest online food delivery marketplaces, hereby reports the transaction details related to its €150 million share buyback programme announced on 31 July 2024.

From 30 September 2024 up to and including 4 October 2024 a total of 251,691 shares were repurchased at an average price of €13.7492 on Euronext Amsterdam, a total of 81,350 shares were repurchased at an average price of €13.6796 on Cboe DXE and a total of 14,278 shares were repurchased at an average price of €13.6903 on Turquoise. Following the settlement of the above transactions, the Company will hold 16,729,485 shares in treasury.

Up to and including 4 October 2024, the total consideration for shares repurchased under this share buyback programme amounts to €34,366,560.

This overview contains detailed information on the daily amount of repurchased shares and individual share purchase transactions.
