The proxy votes shown reflect the position as at 2.30pm on Monday 3rdMarch 2008, being 48 hours before the time of the meeting. Voting instructionscan be changed at any time prior to a poll being demanded, and a shareholderhaving lodged a proxy is still entitled to attend the meeting and vote theirshares themselves as they see fit. 3.
