QinetiQ disposes of UK fuel and lubricants business
QinetiQ Group plc announces that it has sold its UK fuel and lubricants business based in Farnborough to Intertek Group PLC, a provider of quality and safety solutions, for a total cash consideration of £0.5m. This disposal is in line with QinetiQ's stated intention to focus on its core capabilities.
