PDMR and PCA Notification
Ithaca Energy plc (LSE: ITH) (Ithaca Energy, or the Company) announces that it was notified on 6th February 2023 that DKL Energy Limited (on behalf of Delek Group Limited ("DGL")) transferred shares to a new custody account. DGL is a person closely associated with a PDMR, Mr Idan Wallace, a Non-Executive Director of the Company.
The relevant notifications set out below are provided in accordance with the requirements of Article 19 of the Market Abuse Regulation.
