Directors' Dealings
IQGEO Group plc (LSE:IQG, "Company" or "IQGEO") received notification on 8 December 2023 from Kestrel Partners LLP ("Kestrel") that on the 8 December 2023 it purchased for, on behalf of its discretionary clients, an aggregate of 17,109 ordinary shares of 2p each ("Shares") in the Company at an average price of £2.92 per share.
Mr Royde is a partner of, and holds a beneficial interest in, Kestrel. Mr. Royde is also a shareholder in Kestrel Opportunities and is therefore deemed to have a beneficial interest in Kestrel Opportunities' entire legal holding in IQGEO.
Following this transaction, Kestrel Opportunities holds (and consequently Mr. Royde is deemed to have a beneficial interest in) 11,726,984 Shares in the Company, and other clients of Kestrel, in which Mr. Royde has no beneficial interest hold 4,863,648 Shares in the Company.
On a combined basis, Kestrel indirectly holds voting rights over 16,590,632 Shares in the Company, which represents 26.93 per cent of the Company's issued share capital.
