IP Group plc - Further re Interim Scrip Dividend - Change to Payment Date

IP Group plc (LSE: IPO) ("IP Group" or "the Group" or "the Company"), which develops world-changing science and technology businesses across life sciences, technology and cleantech, announces that, as a result of the bank holiday announced for Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II's State Funeral, the payment date for the Company's 2022 Interim Scrip Dividend will now be Tuesday 20 September 2022.

All other matters relating to the Interim Scrip Dividend remain unchanged.
