intu is pleased to announce that Ian Burke has become a member of intu's Remuneration Committee with immediate effect, and will become chairman of the Remuneration Committee from the date of intu's next Annual General Meeting in May 2019 in place of Lady Louise Patten who has indicated to the Board that she will be stepping down from the Board and as Chairman of the Remuneration Committee at the next AGM.
John Strachan, Chairman of intu, said "Louise has served on the Board and as Chairman of the Remuneration Committee for seven years. My fellow directors and I are enormously grateful for her significant contribution to the Board's deliberations during her tenure. We are delighted to welcome Ian as a member and chairman designate of the Remuneration Committee."
