The Company has been informed that Michael Cairns, Chief Executive Officer, on Friday 24 July 2015 purchased 65,000 ordinary shares in the Company at 133p per share. Following this transaction, Mr Cairns' beneficial interest in the Company is 95,400 ordinary shares, representing approximately 0.58 per cent. of its issued share capital.
