Directorate Update
The Board of Ingenta plc confirms that, further to the announcement made on 24 May 2018, David Montgomery will be stepping down as a Director of Ingenta plc and other group companies with effect from 22 August 2018. The Board will retain his services in a consultancy role, initially for a six month period from that date. As shareholders will be aware, there has been a substantial transformation of the business in recent months, with the Company now entering a new phase of its development, and the Board considers it is now appropriate to formalise a new management structure including a new CEO.
Scott Winner will continue to perform the role of acting CEO while the Board concludes on the most appropriate candidate for this role in the longer term, with a decision likely to be made in the Autumn.
The Board would like to thank David for the contribution he has made to Ingenta's progress since his appointment as Chief Technology Officer in October 2014 and particularly following his appointment as CEO in January 2016.
