APPOINTMENT OF NON EXEC DIRECTOR

Publishing Technology plc (AIM: PTO.L), the leading provider of world-class software and services to the global publishing industry is pleased to announce the appointment of Neil Kirton as a non-executive director, with effect from 18 June 2015.

Neil Kirton (52) is currently a Managing Director and Head of Business Intelligence in the London office of Kroll, a global leader in corporate investigations and risk consultancy. Prior to joining Kroll he was a Group Board Director at The Arbuthnot Banking Group plc having been Head of Corporate Finance and Chief Executive Officer of its securities business. Previously he held a range of senior equity market positions with Bridgewell Securities and ABN AMRO Hoare Govett where he was Deputy Chief Executive and Global Head of Equity Sales.

As a senior City figure, he brings with him extremely valuable business, financial markets, and plc board experience and will help to further strengthen our relationships with our expanding base of institutional investors and shareholders.
