The Company has been notified that on 29 October 2021, Neil Campbell, Chief Executive of the Company and a person discharging managerial responsibility ("PDMR") in the Company, sold 100,000 ordinary shares of 10 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 134.5 pence per share. Mr Campbell has made the share sale to cover the cost of a one-off exceptional expense. Mr Campbell has indicated to the Company that he has no intention to sell any further Ordinary Shares at this time.
Following the sale, Mr Campbell holds an interest in 4,416,646 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 6.48 per cent. of the Company's issued ordinary share capital.
