Change of Name

International Greetings Plc, one of the world's leading designers, innovators and manufacturers, of gift packaging and greetings, social expression giftware, stationery and creative play products, today announces that it intends to change its name to IG Design Group plc. The name IG Design Group plc will be registered at Companies House and the name change will therefore become effective later today.

Trading in the Company's ordinary shares under the new name of IG Design Group plc will commence with effect from 8:00am on Monday 27 June 2016. The TIDM (IGR.L), ISIN and SEDOL of the Company remain unchanged.

Commenting on the change of name, Paul Fineman, Chief Executive, said:
