IG Design Group plc (AIM: IGR) has been informed that on 7 May 2026, Gerald Kuehr, Chief Executive Officer Designate of the Company, purchased 1,246,424 ordinary shares of 5 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at 69 pence per share. Following this transaction, Mr Kuehr's beneficial holding in the Company is 1,246,424 Ordinary Shares, which represents 1.27 per cent. of the issued share capital.
