Notification under AIM Rule 17
Immunodiagnostic Systems Holdings plc ("IDS" or "the Company"), a leading producer of diagnostic testing kits for the clinical and research markets, was notified on the 15th September that Roger Duggan, Chief Executive Officer of the Company, had on the 14th September 2009 transferred 33,800 ordinary shares of 2p each in the Company ("Shares") from his personal account to his Self Invested Personal Pension.
The transfer was carried out at a price of 345p per Share.
Following this transaction Roger Duggan is deemed to have an unchanged total beneficial interest of 2,222,927 Shares. Roger Duggan's holding represents 8.41% of the total issued share capital of the Company.
